Welcome to uf9. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and uf9 ("uf9", "we", "us", "the Platform") regarding your access to and use of the uf9 online gaming platform, website, mobile applications, and all related services available at uf9.lat.

Please read these Terms carefully. By accessing or using uf9, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety — including any additional rules, policies, and guidelines incorporated by reference, such as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

1 Acceptance of Terms

Your continued use of the uf9 platform constitutes your ongoing acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account. uf9 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, we will notify registered users via email or in-platform notification. Your continued use after notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To register and use uf9, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age or older.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by local law.
• You are registering as an individual in your own name and on your own behalf — not on behalf of a third party.
• You have not previously been excluded from uf9 or had an account suspended or terminated for breach of these Terms.
• You are not employed by uf9 or any of its affiliated companies, subsidiaries, or service providers in a role that would present a conflict of interest.

uf9 takes age verification seriously. We reserve the right to request identity documents at any time to verify your age and identity. Accounts where age or identity cannot be verified will be suspended pending review. Any winnings accrued on an account found to belong to an underage player will be forfeited in full.

3 Account Rules

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on uf9 at any given time. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, a different name, the same device, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, uf9 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and confiscate any balances or pending withdrawals.

3.2 Accurate Information

You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account details up to date. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You agree to notify uf9 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. uf9 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

3.4 Account Currency

uf9 supports MYR (Malaysian Ringgit) as its primary fiat currency. Crypto wallets may operate in their native digital currency. Currency conversion rates applied by uf9 are determined at the time of the transaction and are not negotiable.

4 Deposits & Payments

uf9 accepts deposits via Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank online transfer, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, as well as cryptocurrency including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), and USDT (Tether). All deposit methods are subject to minimum and maximum limits as displayed in the platform's cashier section.

• Deposits are generally credited to your account within minutes, subject to payment provider processing times.
• uf9 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The payment method used must belong to the registered account holder.
• All deposits are processed in accordance with uf9's anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) procedures.
• uf9 reserves the right to refuse or reverse a deposit where it suspects fraudulent activity or policy violations.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed by uf9 within the timeframes displayed in the cashier section. Standard processing times for bank transfers to Maybank, CIMB, and Public Bank are 1–3 business days. Crypto withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours, subject to network conditions.

• You may only withdraw funds to a payment method registered in your name and previously used to deposit, or to a verified crypto wallet.
• Before a withdrawal can be processed, you must complete uf9's KYC verification. This includes submitting a valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., MyKad) and proof of address.
• uf9 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of a fraud or AML review.
• Withdrawal fees, if any, are displayed in the cashier at the time of the request.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements have been fully met.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

uf9 offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each individual promotion. The following general rules apply to all bonuses:

• Bonuses are valid for the time period stated in the promotion details. Expired bonuses are automatically forfeited.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• uf9 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time and without prior notice.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to exploiting loopholes, arbitrage betting against yourself, or coordinated play — will result in bonus cancellation and may result in account suspension.
• Only one bonus may be active at any given time unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.

7 Betting Rules

7.1 Placing Bets

All bets placed on uf9 are final once confirmed. It is your responsibility to ensure that all bet selections, stake amounts, and bet types are correct before confirming. uf9 will not void bets due to player error after confirmation.

7.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by sport, market, and event. Applicable limits are displayed within the betting interface at the time of placing a bet. uf9 reserves the right to limit the maximum payout on any single bet or combination of bets at its discretion.

7.3 Void Bets

A bet may be declared void and the stake returned in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or postponed beyond the permitted period; obvious pricing errors occur due to technical faults; or the bet was placed in breach of these Terms. uf9's decision on void bets is final.

7.4 In-Play & Live Betting

Live betting on uf9 covers football (including Malaysia Super League), EPL, tennis, UFC, and other major sports. In-play odds change in real time. uf9 does not guarantee that all live markets will be available for every event. Odds displayed are indicative until a bet is confirmed.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on uf9 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Using automated software, bots, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform or gain unfair advantage.
• Match-fixing, collusion, or any form of sports integrity breach.
• Money laundering or using uf9 to process illegally obtained funds.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the uf9 platform or its infrastructure.
• Providing false information during registration or KYC verification.
• Facilitating or assisting third parties in circumventing these Terms.

9 Responsible Gaming

uf9 is fully committed to promoting responsible gaming across all its products and markets. We believe that gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment — never a financial strategy or a way to recover losses. We provide the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

• Deposit limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps directly in your account settings.
• Session time limits — set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Reality check reminders — periodic in-session prompts showing your session duration and net position.
• Cooling-off periods — temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-exclusion — permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from uf9. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

10 Privacy & Data

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the uf9 platform — including but not limited to software, source code, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and game content — is the exclusive property of uf9 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any uf9 content without our prior written consent.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, uf9 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill. uf9's total liability to you in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

uf9 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

13 Termination

uf9 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we determine that you have breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or if we are required to do so by law or regulatory directive. Upon termination, any pending withdrawals may be reviewed before release. Funds confirmed as legitimately won will be returned to you minus any applicable charges.

14 Amendments to These Terms

uf9 may amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, we will provide at least 14 days' notice via registered email or in-platform notification before the changes take effect. Non-material amendments (such as clarifications or formatting corrections) may take effect immediately. Your continued use of uf9 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming laws under which uf9 operates. In the event of a dispute, you agree to first contact uf9's customer support team to seek an amicable resolution. uf9 will respond to formal complaints within 10 business days.

Malaysian players access uf9 voluntarily and are responsible for ensuring that their participation in online gambling is lawful in their jurisdiction. uf9 makes no representation that the platform is appropriate or available for use in all jurisdictions.
